I started reading it a bit and it feels like it goes against a lot of things I've read about fitness and more specifically lifting - don't go to failure, do cardio, etc. But some things to make sense - my pants are tighter because my thighs and butt are larger. While I know this is muscle, this is not necessarily something I want.
