My computer recently started acting out.
My USB Port started switching off and on its happen randomly I couldn't control it at all.
I tried updating my USB drivers and my chipset driver, even Logitech gaming software and anything else that I could come up with. I started noticing a pattern.
It only affected keyboard, mouse and headset. My controller, web cam and graphic tablet were not affected.
The weird thing is the computer remains responsive and I can control it via teamviewer or my graphics tablet.
I know it only affects USB ports because my normal speakers still work.
After that didn't work I decided to reset my computer. The reset fix it only temporarily. They started acting up again and I don't know what's causing it.
I didn't have any hardware or software changes recently. So I'm utterly confused on what's going on,
I talked to some people and none of them knew what was causing it. I tried the USB setting for power consumption that was often recommended on another threat. But that didn't work.
By now I'm at the point of using speech recognition to type because my keyboard starts acting out minutes after a startup and I'm just desperate.
I'm having Windows 10 64 with 12 GB of ram. I have a 250 GB SSD and an internal four terabyte HDD. Additionally hooked up or a 1 TB and a smaller 150 GB.
They all worked even while the keyboard is acting out. I have a predator G3600 main board, an AMD radeon hd 7950 and an i7 2600.
I'd appreciate any input
Thank you.
