Has anyone done the animal flow workout?
Has anyone completed the animal flow workout? I've heard its more useful for transitioning movements and eventually becomes less of a program and becomes more about skillful transitions from one movement to another. The reason i'm asking this is because i wanted to work more on transitions while grappling to keep myself in the safest position. Not that i think i can always been in the safest position, but i wouldn't mind a program that's dedicated to reinforciing certain movement patterns.
